Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and dispatch police units with precision
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment
- Maintain detailed incident logs and digital records
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents

- Conduct after-action reports and quality assurance checks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
