Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize emergency calls from citizens and law enforcement personnel
- Operate CAD systems and radio communication equipment to dispatch officers
- Provide life-saving instructions during medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and log entries
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Perform data entry and report generation

Qualifications
