Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems
- Dispatch police units with precise location details and incident information
- Maintain accurate call logs and update case statuses in real-time
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide clear, professional instructions to callers during emergencies
- Operate radio equipment and specialized communication systems
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and NIMS standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- US citizenship and valid Kentucky driver's license
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, CAD systems)

- Must be available for rotating shifts including nights/weekends
