Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages along assigned routes efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Safely operate postal vehicles and navigate urban delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when required
- Report delivery issues and maintain route documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
