Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages according to delivery routes and schedules
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collect outgoing mail from residential and business collection points
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report irregularities to supervisors
- Provide courteous service to customers during delivery interactions
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when required
- Complete daily delivery manifests and mileage reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems and reporting
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
