Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail according to USPS standards and delivery protocols
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during route interactions and at customer locations
- Adhere to all USPS regulations, safety procedures, and delivery timeframes
- Report delivery issues, address changes, and customer concerns through proper channels
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and operate delivery vehicles
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems and digital scanning
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
