Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS routes and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service at mailboxes and customer counters
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork
- Operate mail processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all USPS security protocols and safety regulations
- Assist in loading/unloading mail trucks and maintaining delivery vehicles
- Support retail postal services including sales and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Pass background check and drug screening
