Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Operate mail processing equipment and vehicles safely
- Manage delivery routes efficiently while adhering to time standards
- Assist with special mail services (certified, registered, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues and service disruptions promptly
- Represent USPS with professionalism and courtesy at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to depot daily
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
