Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
- Sort and organize mail according to USPS standards and delivery routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Perform light lifting (up to 35 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods
- Adhere to all USPS policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Physical ability to handle weather conditions and walking routes
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems
