Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages by destination and priority
- Deliver mail to residential/commercial addresses on assigned routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain vehicle logs
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Adhere to USPS regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning packages
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
