Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail/packages efficiently along designated routes
- Operate and maintain postal vehicles safely following all regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at post offices
- Prepare and maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Ensure security of mail and postal property at all times
- Adapt to changing delivery conditions and weather challenges
- Collaborate with sorting facility staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
