Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail to residential and business addresses according to established routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Collect outgoing mail and process postage payments
- Provide exceptional customer service at mailboxes and customer service counters
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report delivery issues
- Assist with mail processing duties during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
