Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages according to established routes
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and maintain assigned equipment
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection points
- Provide exceptional customer service at residences/businesses
- Complete delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and USPS regulations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Operate automated sorting machinery when required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift/move packages up to 70 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
