Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages along designated routes in Miami-Dade County
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in urban/suburban environments
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report delivery exceptions
- Provide courteous customer service during mail/package interactions
- Safeguard postal assets and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery time standards
- Assist with mail processing at distribution facilities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and walk extended distances
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Flexibility to work in all weather conditions
