Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Safely operate postal vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with mail processing operations at the distribution center
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete required training programs and certification processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
