Responsibilities
- Sort and prepare mail for daily delivery routes
- Walk/drive assigned neighborhoods to deliver mail and packages
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection boxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries
- Operate postal vehicles safely (if assigned) and follow DOT regulations
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
