Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, and deliver mail along assigned routes efficiently
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers and collection boxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Operate mail vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Assist with special deliveries and holiday mail processing
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding mail services and delivery issues
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical problems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
