Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages efficiently using automated and manual systems
- Walk/drive assigned routes to deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Perform basic maintenance on delivery equipment and vehicles
- Collaborate with sorting center staff to ensure timely processing
- Adhere to strict security protocols for sensitive materials
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
- Strong time management and customer service skills
