Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently following postal regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer correspondence
- Process customer transactions at postal counters (when assigned)
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report operational issues
- Adhere to strict delivery timeframes and service standards
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
