Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages efficiently across designated Charlotte routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail and process customer transactions at postal facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service disruptions
- Provide exceptional customer service at postal counters and during delivery
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
