Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently following designated routes
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and during delivery
- Adhere to USPS policies, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Load/unload mail with proper lifting techniques (up to 70 lbs)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
