Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages according to established procedures and timelines.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring cargo is secure and organized for safe transit.
- Operate sorting machinery and scanning equipment to maintain high accuracy rates and operational flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging operations.
