Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Deliver mail and parcels to designated addresses on assigned routes
- Operate mail trucks safely following traffic laws and USPS guidelines
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies
- Provide courteous customer service during interactions
- Adhere to strict safety procedures and postal regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to designated depot
