Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML, Neuromorphic computing) to integrate into our core product stack.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve model accuracy, and optimize computational efficiency across distributed systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and deploying models to production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical projects and mentor diverse engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems in real-time environments.
