Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale machine learning systems.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on best practices in AI, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
