Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design robust, secure, and scalable distributed systems capable of handling massive data workloads.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from research to production deployment and monitoring.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, conducting technical reviews and fostering professional growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to keep Nebula Core at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
