Responsibilities

- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Define Roadmaps: Translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering strategies and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Hybrid Solutions: Develop and optimize hybrid classical-quantum algorithms to solve complex, high-volume problems.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish rigorous standards for AI ethics, data security, and algorithmic transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, system architecture, and leading high-performance teams.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and familiarity with quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Project Q).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience deploying on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on scalable infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and architect solutions that are future-proof.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
