Responsibilities
- Analyze complex veteran service programs to identify efficiency improvements and compliance gaps
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy enhancements and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership review
- Monitor program performance metrics and ensure adherence to federal regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with veteran service organizations
- Manage grant programs and contract compliance for veteran support services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal or public sector program analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis and performance metrics
- Proficient with federal budgeting and procurement regulations (FAR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
- Knowledge of federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
