Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Cloud Architectures.
- Identify potential risks and technical bottlenecks in future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to communicate complex technical strategies in business terms.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and cultivate a high-performance innovation culture.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and strategic technology acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven experience leading multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with a focus on strategic delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic insights.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred.
