Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in government/public health management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Healthcare Executive (CHE)
- Expertise in emergency response frameworks (NIMS/ICS certified)
- Proficiency in health data analytics platforms (Tableau, SAS, Epi-Info)
- Demonstrated success in securing federal/state health grants
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
