Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response operations for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Manage grant-funded community health programs
- Liaise with city agencies and community stakeholders
- Develop public health education campaigns
- Ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
- Supervise cross-functional health teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years government/public health experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Tableau)
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Emergency management certification
- Experience with grant writing and reporting
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or Mandarin required
