Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee the daily operations and strategic implementation of public health initiatives across the Los Angeles region.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all state and local regulations are strictly adhered to, conducting regular audits and compliance checks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between the department, local government bodies, and community organizations to foster collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Crisis Response: Assist in the coordination of emergency response efforts and health advisories during public health crises.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Public Health, Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government administration, public health, or a related sector.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of state government processes, procurement, and compliance standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with government database systems.
