Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance service accessibility
- Develop educational materials on disease prevention and health promotion
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with public health regulations
- Lead health equity initiatives to reduce disparities in Nashville communities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and project management
- Strong understanding of CDC guidelines and local health regulations
- Excellent communication skills for community engagement
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
