Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols across city agencies during critical incidents

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in emergency management or law enforcement coordination
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency response software
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to incidents within 2 hours
- Strong analytical skills and crisis communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
