Responsibilities
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and communication logs
- Operate multi-line phone systems and emergency alert platforms
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide life-saving instructions to callers during emergencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participate in continuous training on emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years dispatch/emergency services experience
- Valid Arizona Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certification
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in CAD systems and radio communications
- Excellent multitasking and stress management skills
- Pass extensive background check and drug screening
