Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to high-volume inquiries from the public via phone, email, and in-person regarding city services, permits, and regulations.
- Process applications and documentation for various city departments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of public records and databases.
- Conduct outreach and community engagement activities to inform residents about available government programs.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve complex service issues.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or public sector roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced government environment.
- Must be a resident of San Francisco or willing to relocate.
