Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, park upkeep, and storm drain clearing
- Operate heavy equipment safely including dump trucks, excavators, and pavement saws
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Conduct daily site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
