Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and site preparation for construction projects.
- Operate and maintain basic heavy equipment and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with paving, concrete pouring, and general street maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Direct traffic and maintain safety zones during active road work.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel to different project sites.
