Responsibilities
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal duties
- Support traffic control and safety protocols at work zones
- Participate in emergency response operations during severe weather
- Document work activities and equipment usage daily
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends
- No prior experience required – training provided
