Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, concrete saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Assist in road repair, drainage system maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Participate in emergency response operations during extreme weather
- Document daily work activities and material usage
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety protocols
- Availability for flexible shifts (early mornings, weekends, overtime)
