Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance standards
- Prepare and administer project budgets exceeding $5M
- Implement sustainable construction practices in public works
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Lead cross-departmental stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of public works or municipal project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, and GIS systems
- Demonstrated experience with federal grant administration
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
