Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid systems for 2026-scale computational challenges
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks with >99.9% fidelity
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors integrated with classical AI accelerators
- Create real-time optimization frameworks for quantum machine learning pipelines
- Lead R&D on quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Collaborate with Nobel laureate advisors on theoretical breakthroughs
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's variants)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in quantum computing grants
