Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enterprise-scale applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits optimized for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for pattern recognition optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum algorithm validation on classical systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
