Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for AI workloads on D-Wave and IBM Q systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for neural networks
- Conduct research in quantum-inspired optimization for large-scale AI problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerators
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or machine learning systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and complexity classes
