Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Strong Python/C++ programming with quantum libraries
- Track record of securing government research funding
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
