Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical ML algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum neural networks with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature/Science journals and top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing interfaces for commercial deployment
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for quantum decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years industry research
- Published research in quantum supremacy or quantum machine learning (arXiv/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with 100+ qubit quantum processors (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants or industry partnerships
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
