Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization and acceleration

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of research experience in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or AI research
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and error correction
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-year research projects
