Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for AI optimization and error correction
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and contribute to patent development
- Present findings at global tech summits including IEEE and ACM
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
