Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum adoption across finance, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-hybrid solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D roles
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
