Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, quantum networks)
- Optimize quantum circuits for industrial applications in finance and pharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum-computing hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Publication record in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in cryogenic system engineering and quantum control electronics
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theories
